Delicious local fare, prepared on the premises. Also has local specialities for sale: Diemen Pepper range, Hill Farm, Fudge A'Fare, Gillespie's, Lucaston Park.

The Café has extensive grounds (including a resident sculptor!), which you can walk around. Fleurtys also produce thousands of Dutch Iris's each year, for the Tasmanian and mainland markets. Fleurtys also prepare and sell native pepper - Tasmania's own indigenous herb. Artichokes, rhubarb, garlic, raspberries and blackcurrants are all produced for the café kitchen either fresh or appearing in tasty preserves and chutneys.
